Terms and Conditions

Departure and arrival dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
Upon arrival, please allow up to 5 or more additional business days for custom clearance.
All shipments must be paid in full on the pickup date.
All shipments must be labeled, secured and well packaged. We are not responsible for lost items and damages of any kind.
We reserve the right to refuse any shipments deemed overweight, unsafe or extremely fragile.
The shipping cost does not include custom fees for commercial goods.
Commercial goods are subject to additional customs fees. Customer is liable for undeclared goods in shipment.
United States and Senegalese customs reserve the right to inspect your shipment.
The following goods are excluded from transport: Narcotics, Weapons and Explosives.
Shipping delays can be caused by vessel schedule changes, port conditions, strikes, inclement weather etc..
We have no control over clearance delays at the port of Dakar.
To prevent damage or injuries, packages can only be delivered to the ground floor if there’s no elevator on the premises.
